"This exhibition presents works of mixed technique using unusual materials as support but that, as strange as they appear to be, acquire a meaning trough its original thematic use. Light has always been a motivation and object of research invesgation of painting and painters. It is that light that is guessed and captured in the composition and in the chromatic choices. The search of subtlety in signs, in shadows and in veiled colours characterizes this multifaceted work where engraving, collage and painting are expressed. Alexandra Dias proposes an approach to poetry. I tis up to us to place it in our experience and memory."
